Hello,
I'm happy to announce that the Vakrios Factions server is opening staff applications for the Trainee and Builder positions.
If you're curious as to what these positions are, here's a little list of responsibilities to carry out:
- Must be able to talk with others without feeling inferior or superior to them.
- Must be active on monitoring the forums, and replying (or taking action) on discussions.
- Must be active in-game: answering questions, dealing punishments, building things, etc.
- Must be active on our communication platforms.
- Attending weekly staff meetings and helping the growth of the server.
What's our criteria?
- Speak German or English languages.
- Have an excellent attitude in general and an easy going person who will be able to communicate with the players and staff well.
- Has some experience in moderating or leadership. (Not absolutely necessary, but a VERY good attribute.)
- Excellent punctuation and grammar. You should be able to write a fluent application detailing why you deserve the position.
- You must be mature and be able to conduct yourself in a polite way.
- Confident in speaking to people much younger and much older than yourself without making yourself sound superior or inferior.
How is my application reviewed? (Tags)
A manager, senior moderator, or owner will reply to your post if you have been put under review.
When you submit an application, you will receive one the following tags;
[Denied] – Unfortunately, your application has been declined for following reasons, by [] and []:
[Reviewing] – Your application has been reviewed and is good by our standards. We'll decide on the verdict.
[Accepted] – You have succeeded in your application and will be contacted by a staff member.
What are the rules?
- Applications will close immediately on January 1st.
- If you are denied, you must wait 2 weeks before reapplying.
- If you post a joke application, you will get a ban from applying.
- Asking about your application more than once will result in a denial.
- Copying off of other's applications will result in a ban from applying.
- Try to have less than 600 words, but it's not required.
- Having others write your application for you will result in a ban from applying.
- Lying in your application will result in a punishment and ban from applying.
- Patience is an important aspect, please wait for a response.
What is the process to become a rank?
STEP 1: Application - You complete the application below in a new topic.
STEP 2: Reviewing - If your application is good by staff standards, it will be put in review.
STEP 3: Acceptance - If you are accepted, you will be promoted.
