Please use this format when reporting a player for an offense:

- Evidence ( )
- Other notes ( )
When reporting a player for a chat offense, you are allowed to use screenshots or logs (only if they can be verified).
When reporting a player for a physical offense, you can only use video capturing or recordings.
Upon your post being answered, a staff member will lock it and tag it appropriately.
